Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 August 2026
This site is designed so that no protected health information passes through it. Public forms accept general inquiries only; records are exchanged solely through a secure encrypted transfer link provided after engagement.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through the forms on this site — your name, firm, email address, telephone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message fields. We also collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
We ask that you do not submit patient names, medical records, or case-identifying details through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to schedule and conduct consultations, to send resources you have requested, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers for website hosting, analytics, appointment scheduling, email delivery, and messaging. Each processes limited data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. A current list of providers is available on request.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Engagement materials are retained under the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

Security

The site is served over TLS. Case materials are exchanged only through encrypted file transfer and stored under access controls. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, which is why we ask that sensitive material never be sent through public forms or messaging widgets.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Write to info@rnlegalpllc.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state privacy statutes.

Children's privacy

This site is directed to legal professionals and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
